Return Policy

Delivery of Orders:

  • Local delivery to be done from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
  • Purchase upon HKD300, customer is entitled free local delivery (commercial/residential buildings). Goods are ready for delivery within 2 work days upon verification of customer payment. Delivery service to outlying islands,Tung Chung District and Ma Wan is not available. Customer is recommended to check the delivery details at respective product description pages. 
Return of Goods:
  • GSG do not accept return of goods for hygienic reasons. 
  • GSG try our best for sufficient protection during goods packaging. However, if you receive the damaged goods, we recommend you to accept the goods and then contact us at cs@gsgcare.com to report the situation. We promise that we shall handle your case the soonest we can. You may be requested to provide relevant pictures, videos and information about the damaged goods for our further investigation.
  • GSG highly recommend customers to pick up food that may easily be damaged at our Showroom in Kwun Tong. 
  • If goods are incorrectly delivered to you, please accept our apology and contact us at cs@gsgcare.com as early as possible, we shall arrange accordingly.
